Twitter RSS/Atom feed has been changed again (mid June 2013). Therefore, all applications which are using them will be out of order. Even the related services (by other websites) will be showing error messages or something like that.
Fortunately, a few people have come up with some work-arounds, as a developer. And soon they will make some applications or services which automate the work-around processes to get such results.
To end-users of Twitter RSS, you can simply use the new link :
instead of the old links :
